Location

Residence Bologna is conveniently located in the Old Town area of Prague. It is just a couple of minutes walk from the Charles Bridge, the famous gothic-style stone bridge that connects the Old Town to the Lesser Town (Mala Strana), commissioned by the King Charles IV in 1357.

Prague Castle, founded circa 880, is just beyond Mala Strana and commands a spectacular panoramic view of Prague. Wenceslas Square, originally setup as a horse market in 1348, is also only a couple of minutes away. Also nearby is the National Theatre which was built during the Czech National Revival of 1848.

Residence Bologna is situated in a very quiet street but is still close to many pubs, restaurants and cafes. Public transportation is only five minutes walk from the hotel, and yet, you will find that Prague is quite compact with most important tourist hotspots within walking distance.
